Kentec and INFINITIX Forge Cross-Border AI Alliance to Advance Global AIDC Ecosystem

Integrated Software–Hardware Architecture
As AI workloads surge, data centers face critical thermal and energy bottlenecks. Kentec’s 2.5MW CDU showcases a major leap in high-efficiency cooling. Complementing this, INFINITIX empowers AIDC operations via its AI-Stack GPU orchestration platform and ixCSP commercial solution. AI-Stack maximizes efficiency through GPU slicing, cross-node computing, and resource pooling, while ixCSP supports GaaS, MaaS, and TaaS models for on-demand delivery. Together, they create a robust software–hardware integrated architecture, significantly boosting deployment and operational competitiveness.
"AIDC competition is shifting from hardware build-outs to integrated strategies," said Wen-Yu Chen, CEO of INFINITIX. "Kentec’s 2.5MW CDU highlights Taiwan’s engineering strength. Its synergy with AI-Stack elevates global compute efficiency, driving the next wave of large-scale AI applications."
Deepening the Taiwan–Japan Alliance & Global Reach
Kentec revealed MOUs with Hitachi Energy, Shin-Etsu Science (SSI), and NIDEC, covering over 1GW of infrastructure across Japan. INFINITIX supports this by deploying compute pools and cloud architectures for major Japanese enterprises, strengthening the Taiwan–Japan strategic partnership.
With large-scale POCs secured across Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America, the partners anticipate that following Kentec’s 2026 listing, the convergence of Liquid Cooling, Orchestration, Digital Twins, and Energy Management will drive Taiwan’s global AI expansion.
