The signing ceremony was completed by INFINITIX CEO Chen Wen-Yu and GIPA President Dong Gyun Han. According to the agreement, the two parties will focus on four major areas of cooperation, including AI industry information sharing, advancing Goyang City's AI infrastructure, deepening Taiwan-Korea enterprise and talent exchanges. To achieve these goals, both parties will continue to strengthen their partnership through regular visits and exchange activities.

INFINITIX will leverage its core platform AI-Stack to help Korean enterprises improve GPU resource utilization, accelerate AI environment deployment, and drive efficiency upgrades across the entire lifecycle from model development and training to deployment. GIPA emphasizes that cooperation with internationally leading companies will help accelerate Goyang City's progress toward becoming South Korea's artificial intelligence hub.

Regarding this collaboration, INFINITIX CEO Chen Wen-Yu expressed high expectations, stating: "We are honored to become partners with the Goyang Industry Promotion Agency. INFINITIX has long focused on GPU computing power scheduling and AI infrastructure management. We believe that through this cooperation, we can not only help Goyang City accelerate the construction of a complete AI industry ecosystem but also create more exchange and innovation opportunities for enterprises in both Taiwan and Korea. We look forward to extending AI-Stack's technological advantages to the Korean market and jointly promoting the sustainable development of artificial intelligence."

This MOU signing not only demonstrates an important step in INFINITIX's global strategy but also symbolizes the official launch of deep cooperation between Taiwan and Korea in the AI industry chain. As both parties jointly advance infrastructure and international exchanges, Goyang City is expected to become a key node for AI development in Northeast Asia, while INFINITIX will continue to strengthen its technological and strategic advantages in the global AI market.
