Taipei, Taiwan — INFINITIX, a Taiwan-based AI infrastructure software company, today announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sarawak Information Systems Sdn. Bhd. (SAINS), Sarawak's largest ICT solutions provider. The partnership will advance AI infrastructure, private GPU cloud, AI cloud services, and a next-generation Token Factory model to accelerate Sovereign AI development across Southeast Asia — marking another milestone in INFINITIX's regional expansion following growth in Japan and South Korea.
Accelerating AI Infrastructure Adoption
Under the MOU, INFINITIX will provide its AI-Stack heterogeneous computing management platform and ixCSP AI cloud platform, helping governments and enterprises build secure, scalable AI infrastructure, optimize GPU utilization, and commercialize computing resources. Together, these platforms will transform AI infrastructure into a Token Factory — converting computing power into AI services and tokenized business value, while accelerating adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Supporting Malaysia's Sovereign AI Vision
Founded in 1991, SAINS is the primary ICT partner of the Sarawak State Government, with over 1,100 professionals delivering digital government, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and smart city solutions. SAINS has deployed 300+ government information systems and is leading initiatives including AI Platform, Digital Twin, Sovereign AI Infrastructure, GPU-as-a-Service (GaaS), and LLM-as-a-Service (LLMaaS).
Building the AI Cloud Economy
"AI competition is shifting from models to infrastructure," said Wen-Yu Chen, Co-founder and CEO of INFINITIX. "The key is no longer how many GPUs an organization owns, but how efficiently it commercializes them. With AI-Stack and ixCSP, organizations can turn AI infrastructure into Token Factories that continuously generate business value. Together with SAINS, we look forward to building secure, sovereign AI infrastructure for Malaysia and a scalable model for Southeast Asia."
Expanding Regional Collaboration
INFINITIX continues expanding across Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia through partnerships with leading technology providers and system integrators. The SAINS collaboration reflects both companies' shared commitment to Sovereign AI and AI-driven digital transformation, laying the foundation for a sustainable AI Cloud Economy in Southeast Asia.
